You sign in at “Troll” which is located in the white Admissions building you see as you pull off Highway 36. Don’t forget your government-issued photo ID!

There is a large parking area across the street from Troll. After you check in at troll, and unload at camp, please park in the large parking area across the street from troll in the grass field marked out for parking. There is also a paid parking lot located further into the event site. Parking passes for the paid lot can be purchased at the Billie Creek General Store.

The area next to Troll is for pick up / drop off / short term parking, or other designated vehicles.

There is no parking on E. Old 36 Rd.

Alternate parking areas will be communicated if needed and are arranged through The General Store/Billie Creek Staff.

RVs and campers must be parked in the designated camper area next to Troll and are not allowed to be parked in camps. There are no hookups. Use caution and plan your route with oversized vehicles to avoid the covered bridges.

No trailers of any kind are allowed on the covered bridges.

If you are the parent/guardian of the minor(s), you will sign a paper waiver for each minor onsite at Troll. If you are not the minor’s parent/guardian, you must download and print a copy of our waiver to be completed and notarized by the minor’s parent/guardian before your arrival to the event. ” Also I believe we only require chaperones to be 21+ to chaperone minors they are not the parent/guardian of.

Yes. Local and state laws must be followed with at all times. Failure to do so will result in immediate removal from the event. Illicit substances are not allowed on the premises and possession of illicit substances will result in immediate removal from the event.

Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited and violators will be asked to leave the site. This includes under the pavilions, in the bathrooms/shower-houses, and within 8 feet of any building.

Fires MUST be off the ground and not damaging the grass. (Unless in an already established fire rings). Established fire rings should be emptied at the END of the event.

There will be firewood available to purchase from the general store. Only deadfall and purchased firewood are allowed. Absolutely no cutting of tree limbs or branches.

All electric personal transports are expected to follow the same rules as vehicles.
